WHOLESALE BUYERS REQUIREMENTS

Appointments are recommended for new account setup. You may schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance by calling (941) 365-5757. You will need to fax, email or bring with you the following basic business credentials so that we may establish your wholesale account:

Basic Commercial Credentials Required for Wholesale Account:

  • Business Card
  • Business check or credit card

  • If Purchasing for Resale: Sales Tax Certificate - in the same name as the business card and business check or credit card. 

    [If Florida-based company, a current Florida DR-13 Resale Certificate signed by an authorized representative of the company will be required. If from out of state: a photocopy of your state's resale certificate together with an Affidavit of Resale completed by an authorized officer of the company.]
